Amy’s leadership accomplishments are notable for providing equitable solutions for frequently underserved groups of students and families. Through an equity lens, Amy helps school leaders optimize their systems to ensure that staffing, instructional practices, and resource allocation align with their school missions.
In addition to consulting, Amy works as a literacy specialist and English department head, providing teacher coaching, curriculum development, and direct instruction to students across a public school district.
