He has worked in a wide variety of private and public legal roles, from Litigator, Senior Associate, In-House and Of Counsel, to Special Assistant District Attorney during the past 3 decades of practice. To that end, David is admitted in the state courts of Massachusetts, Oklahoma, and Texas. These jurisdictions are complemented by admissions to all affiliated federal courts: District, Bankruptcy, and Appeals for the 1st, 5th, and 10th Circuits. His approach, no matter the context, is customer-driven and solutions-oriented.
