An experienced educator and nonprofit professional, Amy provides practical, innovative, research-based practices to support schools and districts with instructional initiatives focused on improving student outcomes.

 

Amy’s leadership accomplishments are notable for providing equitable solutions for frequently underserved groups of students and families. Through an equity lens, Amy helps school leaders optimize their systems to ensure that staffing, instructional practices, and resource allocation align with their school missions.

 

In addition to consulting, Amy works as a literacy specialist and English department head, providing teacher coaching, curriculum development, and direct instruction to students across a public school district. Through consistent study, Amy also remains up-to-date on current research in the field that informs best practices for her work and client needs.
